Subject: Life Science Graduate School Panel for undergraduate students We are organizing a Life Science Graduate School Panel designed to help our undergraduate students learn about graduate programs at WMU. I wanted to ask you to help us promote two events among your students and colleagues: · The Graduate School Info Panel on Monday, October 1, 2-3:15pm, in 3226 Kohrman Hall. This panel will have current graduate students in some of WMU's Life Sciences departments (Biological Science, Geosciences, Psychology, Physics, Mathematics, Geography, etc.) · The second event is the Pre-Professional Career Panel on Monday, October 8, 2-3:15pm, in 3226 Kohrman Hall. We hope to have representatives from WMU's PA program, Ferris' Optometry and Pharmacy programs, and potentially someone from MSU's med school. There will be refreshments available at each of these events...so an RSVP to Ewa.L.Urban@wmich.edu is recommended (but not required). The programs are sponsored by the Department of Geosciences, the Department of Mathematics, the Department of Psychology, and the Mallinson Institute for Science Education.
