At the Office of Information Technology of Western Michigan University I work within the Customer Success department as the Mobile Help Desk and Help Desk 2^nd shift coordinator. I also manage WMU’s ResNet Network Admission Control Requirements (CISCO Clean Access) and the annual Webkit project.
