Health and Well Being

I am planning to make my final website on healthly living and an active life style with life stlye plans and guides. It will have information on foods to eat and recipes tha that are easy and healthy. It will show people how to maintain a healthy weight and life stlye without all the diet pills and drugs. All natural! It will also include excercise programs that make working out fun again and help to motivate people to keep thier focus and drive so that they enjoy and continue to workout. There will be different varieties of excercise programs that people can use and mix together so that they don't have to always do the same workout over and over again. It will also have areas that will help people figure out the right food plan giving them easy recipes to follow that are healthy and meet the needs of thier body. I would also like if possible to create an insiration area where people can go and read things that will help inspire them to continue thier healthy lifestyle because so often in todays world it is so easy to loose focus and motivation when it comes to diet and excercise which in turn has led to the gain of weight and illnesses in our country. I believe I have a good familiarity and expertise in this area because I have been surrounded and fed in healthy living and excercise my whole life. I have played sports all growing up and haev continued them into my college years where I have played soccer at a division 1 level. At this level we have trainers continually feeding us diet plans and excerise regiments and we have had to be aware of what the body needs to function at top levels. However as an athlete I also know that if excercise is not fun and you are not motivated on a daily basis it is hard to continue to excercise. That is why I want to create a site that gives options of variety and help motivate people to get active, healthy and stay fit.
