I have entered college to obtain a degree that will allow me to being a life long career. As I go through college I will also discover many new interests and abilities that will benefit me along the path of becoming a elementary teacher. These new interests will help shape my future career and the specific career choices I make.

On a professional level, I plan to learn more than enough to become a successful teacher and make a difference in the lives of many children. One goal in school is to make the dean's list at least once, as well as maintain a grade point average that I feel is suitable. I plan to succeed in areas that I have struggled in the past, move on, and prove to myself that I can achieve anything I put my mind to. I plan to be so successful in college that finding a job in this tough economy will be no problem once I have graduated. I will then succeed in the career I enter, and my personal and professional goals and dreams will be made true through my detirmination.
