Welcome Parents, Students, and fellow Teachers!
This will be our first grade classroom website for the 2007-2008 school year. I have designed this website to keep everyone in tune with what is going on in the classroom week by week. Throughout the site I have added some additional links to other websites that could become very useful for the students as well as parents and colleagues. I encourage you to take full advantage of the resources provided to each of you! I will try to keep this updated weekly with new information. This page contains resources from class such as worksheets and handouts, as well as extra material that the students may work on outside of school. I have also put together a recommended reading list and some additional websites that contain further information on classroom lessons and activities. I have high hopes that this page further intrigues the kids into using technology!
This page is a way for the parents and myself to communicate and stay connected. Under this page you will find some further information on myself, including my education and previous work experience with children. This page will contain our classroom newsletter as well as some recommended links where you can do some of your own research on internet safety for you and your children.
This page provides teachers with my lesson plans and teaching ideas. There will also be links to other helpful sites for creating lesson plans, as well as organizations affiliated with education. This page primarily contains information that has helped me further my carrier, which I wish to offer to others to use as a resource.
