Aerobics kick-boxing class in Studio C at Dalton with
guest instructor, Carrie Janiski. Must wear jazz sneakers or thoroughly
clean soles of tennis shoes. Check email before class to make sure
it is not cancelled

Regular Reformer sessions at 8:00 or 8:25, 3121 Dalton
Wednesday
Circuit training in Studio B--Bring your Theraband
Thursday
Regular Reformer sessions at 8:00 or 8:25, 3121 Dalton

Monday
Meet at the Student Rec Center for 40 minute aerobic
workout on the equipment of your choice or the indoor track. Must
check in with Jane no later than 8:30 a.m.
