Review with a partner the Department, College and University missions (the first three links above) and prepare an outline to turn in and be prepared to discuss the following questions in class on September 14:

• Select two department goals. How well do they align with the college and university mission? How well is the department doing in achieving the those goals? What else could be be doing both idealistically and realistically?
• Review one of the dance mission statement sites above. What is effective about the site and what could be improved?
