Mortgage Wizard: This web site was created by William Bonofiglo for his Honors College Thesis during the Fall 1997 term. For a given set of inputs (such as annual income) the Mortgage Wizard determines the amount of the mortgage and the suggested price of the house. The Mortgage Wizard was initally created using Excel97 and then converted to a Java Applet using SmartTable Pro from Visual Numerics Inc.
