Navigation and Printing

You may view Business Communication: Managing Information and Relationships with or without the navigation frames. I am in the process of revising the materials to provide improved navigation and greater interactivity. If your browser supports frames, I encourage you to use the frames version for the improved navigation it provides.

Navigating with Frames

If you are in the frames version, the frame on the left (dark blue background) provides an overview of the Part or of the contents of the active document, while the frame on the right (white background) shows the current document. Use the links in the frame on the left to select the section you wish to view.

The materials are divided into seven major parts. Each part has a brief introduction and links to two or more sections. Individual sections use links to navigate through the section. At any time you may return to the previous materials or to the main table of contents by using the “Back” button on your browser. If you need to go back through several pages, use the pull-down menu under “Go” on the Menu Bar to select the page to which you wish to return.

 

Printing

You may prefer to print a copy of the materials and keep them in a three-ring binder for convenient reference. To print the materials without including the navigation frame, before printing, click in the frame for the document and use the pull-down menu under File on the Menu Bar to select “Print Frame.”

Even those who prefer to read online may wish to print a copy of the Table of Contents to have a convenient reference to the overall structure of the materials.

My students have my permission to print the materials for their own use. I would appreciate it if others would heed the copyright notice posted in the introduction to Part 1. In general, I have no objection to individuals printing a copy of the materials for their own use. If you elect to print them, I would appreciate hearing from you.
