TCS / LAN conversion to Pinnacle project pages outlining Technical Computing Services (TCS) and Local Area Network (LAN) group conversion from Visual Basic trouble ticket application to the new department-wide Pinnacle software for telecommunications and trouble ticket tracking. Includes project time line, project planning and tracking documents, and follow up items upon successful conversion.


Advanced Function Print (AFP) forms design - ongoing project creating/upgrading special forms for clients.


Advanced Function Print (AFP) file cleanup and creation of web-based forms tables. Outdated forms programs, data map definitions, and test data/jcls were offloaded to save libraries; web tables were created by Doug Alrick outlining forms available for mainframe printer usage and page/form definitions for each layout. These tables are regularly updated.

ColdFusion support for assistance to library with dynamic and interactive web page design.

MS Access training for future assistance to library with reports, forms and queries for new Voyager software application.
