February 2008:

Week 2/04:
- Met with Marcy, Tom M and Darrel to discuss Imagenow upgrade, some functionality, and planning steps for bringing Admissions on board.
- Arranged participants and meeting time and place next week for Imagenow upgrade kick off call with vendor. They sent agenda that I forwarded to our team. I have asked our clients for best dates for possible upgrade during April or March.
- Arranged demo of Imagenow in Grants next week for Marcy to see the full functionality of the product.
- Communication between Unified Clinics tech person, myself and our network staff have put the ball back in network's court to work with client on opening firewall so we can access Imagenow from their area.
- Archived January completed workflows and sent counts to clients.
- Verified workflow, Xtender and Imagenow all functional after Banner upgrade from weekend.
- Copied off January Kronos raw punch log.

Week 2/11:
- Workflow down, DBA stopped/restarted engines, I ran verification workflow, shows everything working fine.
- Imagenow upgrade kick off call with vendor. Project costs passed to Matt; passed along to participants version 6.x documentation passed along from vendor; and put forth to clients possible weekends for completing upgrade and conversion and asked for feedback/concerns.
- Demo of Imagenow in Grants for Marcy and Darrel to see the full functionality of the product.
- Had discussion with Registration folks about possible future changes to index structure and capturing index keys from Banner for their Veterans Affairs documents. Did a successful test of indexes via SPAIDEN form.
- Added two Registration Imagenow users and updated list.
- Registered for Imagenow training class. Meet next week with Dee to schedule flights.
- Workflow meeting. Learned from Tom M. that in various discussions it was decided to shelve the Math workflow we had spent a good deal of time developing as others pursue a Peoplesoft workflow solution. We talked about resurrecting some workflows that had been put aside, including one for international student office and Accounting.
- Verified Kronos clock list with TCS list as we prep for next week's upgrade.
- Meet next week HR tech person to discuss importing via a batch process Peoplesoft forms in workflow.

Week 2/18:
- Passed along Imagenow upgrade quote to Tom W; scheduled the Tech Review with vendor for March 17; worked with our clients, Ron W. and Dennis B. on best dates in May for upgrade so now on for May 2-3.
- Worked with Marcy on process of setting up drawers and security in Imagenow for Admissions and Registration testing.
- Changed one of Registration's link applets so no more manual entry is required in birthday field and have started to clean up ones that had bad data entered.
- Performed Imagenow demo for KRESA folks in Financial Aid.
- Met with HR tech person to discuss testing a batch import process Peoplesoft workflow forms into imaging.
- Provost Office would like a workflow for course fee approval process, and Jim volunteered my help on their project committee. I requested they map out the current process, folks involved, decision steps and paperwork be gathered before our first meeting.
- Worked with Dee to arrange travel for upcoming training.
- Conference call next week with Karen Stokes and Sungard about proposed iWebfolio/Banner integration and workflow process.
- Workflow meeting.
- In over weekend for Kronos upgrade, activating and downloading to new and current clocks.

Week 2/25:
- Created cheat sheet for Registration for electronically re-linking incorrectly indexed VA documents after meeting with Marcy and staff to discuss issues.
- Trained the two staff members in FA who will have privileges to import e-mails and other documents into Imagenow.
- Veterans Affairs rep in Registration given permission to e-mail documents per Marcy. Granted her the security privilege.
- Created another cheat sheet for Imagenow clients showing steps to rotate and save the rotation of an image.
- Added two new HR Imagenow users.
- Imagenow Project Plan prepared and sent to Tom W and Matt T.
- Meet with Tom M amd Marcy next week to discuss how we want to do the ImageNow presentation for Grad Advisors and for the work team and who should be on that team.
- Conference call with Karen Stokes and Sungard about proposed iWebfolio/Banner integration and workflow process.
- Built new FA workflow in B0009 to notify student when on-line aid application is received. Working with FA on e-mail wording and bringing in aid year. Darrel is building the Banner trigger on RORSTAT.
- New Kronos clock spreadsheet to Dennis B and Daryl for changes to hobbit monitoring.
- Meet next week with folks from Registration and Admissions to discuss guidelines on the overall Imagenow project structure and implementation.
- First Course Fee Approval Team meeting scheduled for first week of March.
- Am a member of the Ombuds selection team and we met this week for first time.
