March 2008:
Week 3/03:
- Met with folks from Registration and Admissions to go over guidelines on Imagenow project implementation.
- Held first Course Fee Approval Team meeting. Have started development of workflow.
- Met with Tom M/Marcy and discussed presentation for Grad Advisors on Imagenow, plus work team members for project testing and implementation.
- Brief demo to Grad Advisors group about workflow and Marcy talked about projected timeline.
- Archived off Febuary completed workflows and sent lists to all clients - FA, Registration, International Students, and iWebfolio manager.
- Scheduled Imagenow demo following week for work team members. Scanned in some test batches so we could overview QA and linking of batches. Set up test drawer and applet that will link/index via SPAIDEN with a drop down list of the 18 document types.
- Scheduled to scan and save off faculty documents from Provost's Office that Dr. Gilchrist needs for tenure review next Tuesday. Because of sensitivity of information, we will start after 5 pm and go until finished and burned to CDs.
- Verified new PC delivered to Registration and set up scanner station and tested in anticipation of scanning faculty documents next week for Provost Office.
- Craig and I verified all Kronos clocks set for Daylight Savings time change.
