Samburu Settlement :  I took this from the settlement I was staying in, of the neighbor's settlement. This is in the Samburu lowlands, between the Matthews and Ndotos mountain ranges. The entire settlement is ringed by an acacia thorn fence to keep predators out. You can see livestock on the left side of the settlement, a couple of houses and small animal pens on the right. The person in red is the husband, wearing the blanket that Samburu elders typically wear.
