COURSE OBJECTIVES:
This
course explores the structures of the human body by examining the body’s organ
systems. As we learn about the organs and organ systems of the body, we will
see how their form allows them to carry out their function. This information
will help you understand how the body works (physiology) and why things
sometimes go wrong (pathology). You will become proficient in the vocabulary of
anatomy, which is like mastering a foreign language.
