Club Constitutions

My school requires all school related after school clubs to write and ratify a constitution that controls the behaviors of the club. My school board is still considering additional rules to add to this and it will probably be looked at by legal council at sometime in the future, but this is my current working draft, developed by a number of vested parties. The current concern is with the RULES section, and we have been discussing what types of additional safety rules need to be in place. As mentioned before, it is a work in progress, but hopefully having this as a starting point will save some time when starting another similar club somewhere else.
