Final Thesis Application
An interactive dining experience at a seafood restaurant involving a touch screen menu. The menu uses motion, sound, video and interactivity to create a new type of dining experience that can be custom tailored to each diner while still communicating everything a normal menu would and adding a whole new level of possibilities.
The diner can choose moods that customize the experience with sounds, music and lighting controls. This creates an entire atmosphere and enhances the normal dining and menu experience.
This interactive menu also creates the possibility for extended information about the food and drinks not available on a normal menu. For example when selecting a dish the menu could suggest other related items, such as an appetizer or drink that goes particularly well with the chosen dish.
