I am 20 years old and currently attending Western Michigan Unviersity majoring in Elementary Education and minoring in Math and Language Arts. I have a strong passion for children and I have always known that teaching was my goal in life. I have two older sisters named Stephanie and Angela, and a father and a mother named, Peter and Maria. I have a big extented family who I love so dearly for supporting my career choice. I was born and raised in Farmington Hills, Michigan and plan on finding a teaching job within the next few years.
I have worked in elementary schools, day cares, and summer camps. This has given me experience on how to manage a classroom and form my own philosophy on teaching. I strongly believe that classroom management is key to a successful learning environment. These opportunities I have had dealing with children of all ages has helped me learn how to control any situation that I cross in a learning environment.
