The curious personality Self-Esteem built by positive feed back when they truly deserve it, like to contribute their ideas to a process, like to display what they know, and they like challenging assignments and projects.
The curious personality Motivation is to plan and make decisions, solving problems individually, and evaluating.
The curious personality Goals are challenges, freedom to create and innovate strategies for change, and staying with tasks.
The curious personality Stress comes from routine, incompetence, emotionalism, and lack of freedom.
There are some things to consider when you are looking for a career choice and you have a curious personality. Curious personalities do not easily show sensitivity and appreciation to others, get bored with routine, can lose people with their fascination for complexity, and can be impatient with those whom they don’t see as competent. Some career choices may be scientist, and engineer.
So what does this mean? If you or your friend has a curious personality then you only want someone to tell you that your work is good only if it is good. You like to make plans for things, you need challenges in life, and you do not like to have a routine.
