follow rules, stands with tradition, accuracy, and fairness.
The responsible personality Self-Esteem is built by consistency, clear rules, regulations, opportunities to organize and to provide leadership.
The responsible personality Motivation is help in planning, authority to organize, predictability, clarifying expected outcomes, and consistent feedback.
The responsible personality Goals are clear, sequential, timelines, and considers short and long term goals.
The responsible personality Stress is from vague directions, ambiguous answers, disorganization, and a lack of responsibility, discipline, and consistency in others.
There are some things to consider when you are looking for a career choice and you have a responsible personality. Responsible personalities are not always responsive to the need of change, decides things to quickly, impatient with delays and complications, and have an excessive concern for crisis that may never occur. Some career choices may be managment and banker.
So what does this mean? If you or your friend has a responsible personality then you like things to be what they are. You do not like things to “just happen” and you do not like unclear rules. You think things through and consider every step to get the end result you want. You may have a hard time dealing with people who do not take time and rules serious.
