Synapsis of my Teaching Philosophy
An educator challenges students to be themselves in a world that is trying to make them like everyone else. As a educator I know that all students are unique. They learn at different paces and are at different levels. I will ensure that my students needs are individaully met and that they are able to be the unique people they are. I will develop and maintain a classroom atmosphere where everyone is comfortable and accepted as well as confident in what they believe.
A strong educator instills many characteristics that he/she carries themselves within their students. I will show them respect, motivation, and ownership and responsibility.I will be a role model for them to learn form and demonstrate what community is all about. We will create a classroom community where they can grow to become active and responsible memebrs of society.
