On a professional level, i came to Western to continue my study of the business enterprise system. What i want to do with business i don’t really know yet. As for now I’m thinking about majoring in management or marketing, as i feel both would be well suited jobs for me. I plan on getting a minor in computer information systems either way because i enjoy working with people and computers. This way i feel ill always have something to fall back on if I don’t enjoy a management or marketing job as much as i had hoped or if the jobs just aren’t out there when I get out of college.

On a more personal level, I came to Western to get out of my home town. I graduated in 2004 and since then had been attending community college and working the same job with the same people I had worked with for the past 2 years. I cam from a small town and as most of my friends when to college after high school, the town seemed to get even smaller in the years after I graduated. I definitely needed a change and this was just the thing to do it for me. I’m glad I went to community college first however; I saved money that way as well as got a bit older and ready for this whole "college experience". I’ve made great new friends since I’ve been here and i plan on making a lot more. Cheers!
