Food Preference Survey

Introduction:

This survey will be used to take the food preferences of our customers in order to get an idea of what is and isn't wanted and enjoyed by our customers. This survey will get an idea of the kinds of food our customers enjoy as well as things such as spicyness. This will give us a better idea of what to begin offering customers as the results of your survey will be emailed to us and then we will take the information and put it together with that of other customers in order to get a better picture of what we should be offering in the future.
