During Spring 2010 I will be on sabbatical as Fulbright Scholar working with the Finnish Institute for Educational Research at the University of Jyväskylä.

Research:

I am interested in the teaching and learning of physics. Much of my current work is focused the development of theories and strategies for promoting change in the teaching of STEM subjects. This includes issues related to the diffusion and adoption of research-based instructional strategies. (See publications and projects for more information.)
