College Goals:
On a professional level, in college I want to better my knowledge in the Aviation field. One of my goals is to obtain my instrument rating by the beginning of my Sophomore year. I am already a member of Alpha Eta Rho, Women in Aviation, and the 99’s club. Being in these organizations I wish to participate more, in all the Aviation activities they do, throughout my college years. Being surrounded by people in the same field as I am will broaden my knowledge and make it easier to receive my instrument rating.
On a personal level, I am at college to meet new people and make new friends. Here I wish to learn more about others and myself. This is my chance to make good or bad choices without others telling me what to do. It is also a chance for me to learn from my mistakes. Surviving college lets me know that I am able to make it in the real world. Every decision is mine here, whether or not I decide to ask my parents approval. College is an overall chance for discovery.
