Dan Sievewright's Home Page I'm entering my fourth year at Western Michigan University. I just graduated in April with a BA in Mathematics and am now working on my Masters and Ph.D. in Math. I'm also in the process of applying to outside schools but haven't really narrowed down my choices yet. Current Classes:
Current Research Interests: I've been studying a lot of absrtract algebra and what's really grabbed my attention is group theory. Algebraic geometry and algebraic topology are also on my interest list. Last semester, I gave a lecture on Hilbert's Basis Theorem and Groebner Bases in the Algebra Seminar at WMU.
