WESTERN MICHIGAN UNIVERSITY

Western Michigan University, established in 1903 is located in Kalamazoo, Michigan. With a student enrollement of roughly 25,000, WMU is among the top 100 public universities in the United States. Western is noted for the Haworth Business College and its College of Aviation is one of the largest in the country. Competing in the Mid-American Conference, WMU has 17 accredited NCAA Div. 1-A sports.
