Accounting is the career pathway that has interested me the most because it is vital to the success of any company. One can do many different types of accounting including tax and audit. The purpose of accounting is to be a way to communicate financial information about a company to those who have in interest in interpreting and using the information (Black). An accountant must be knowledgeable about a businesses financial condition and are given excess to sensitive business information (Fox). Accounting is crucial to a business and can be an extremely rewarding career.
