My Major

My choice to pursue a degree in business has always been my dream. I have always wanted to take charge and have a career that required leadership, and working with others. I learned that business management is a course of study that leads to a associates. degree. The courses include both general requirement courses and also curriculum requirements.

 In addition, each student takes elective courses in one of the following four areas of study: General Management, Finance & Banking, Marketing or Travel & Tourism. The employment rate for management positions are expected to increase by 7 percent. 70 percent of management positions make more than $50 000 per year are among the best-paid professionals on our list of the Best Jobs of 2014.
