Hello! My name is Diana Patterson. I was born in Covina, California on February 5, 1991. I grew up and lived in La Puente, California my whole life. I have 2 older brothers and 1 older sister. I have 2 nieces and 2 nephews who mean the world to me. My parents have been married for over 25 years. My dad has always coached me in every sport I have played. My dad recently overcame cancer a few months. It was a blessing to find out he was cancer free. My mom has been one of my biggest supporters with everything I have done. She will always be my number one fan. The reason I chose Western was because I recieved a softball scholarship. I've played softball my whole life. It's a big part of my family and I. Growing up, I was very family orientated. My siblings and I always played different games and sports together.I didn't have that many friends growing up. It didn't bother me that much because I had my siblings. When I came to Western I met the best friends I could possibly ask for. I am a sophomore and I will be majoring in recreation.
