DAN HERZBERG |
BIO: My name is Dan Herzberg. I am a second year student at Western Michigan University, and my major is athletic training. Before I came to WMU, I spent one year in Lima, Ohio at the University of Northwestern Ohio. While I was there, my major was automotive. I graduate from Hillsdale High School in 2007. While in high school, I did sports all year round. I played basketball my freshman year, and race cross country and track for four years, and indoor track for three years. After high school, I switched from running to cycling as my main sport. While in Ohio, I rode for the Colavita Ohio Cycling Team. When I came to WMU, I took over the WMU Cycling Team. I am studying Athletic Training at WMU, and I plan to go to Graduate School for Physical Therapy after I graduate. I have had a job almost continuosly since I turned 16. My first job was at Mcdonald's in Hillsdale. I worked there for almost 3 years before I decided I had enough. I left Mcdonald's after I got a summer job at Performance Automotive. I worked there up until I left for college, then when I was in Ohio, I got a job at a shoe store and was also a first grade tutor during the spring semester. Last summer I began working at Cadence Cycle in Saline, MI. I am the head mechanic and co-manager at Cadence, and I will be returning in the spring after classes are done. I am also a first year Resident Assistant in French Hall.
