My Experience
I'm sure you all have questions for me as I am a new teacher in your district. Although I do not have as many years of experience teaching as some of my colleages, I assure you I am not underqualified! My experience working with children began at age 12 where I worked as a part time nanny and tutor. I volunteered in classrooms until college where I began my internship programs. I have been placed in 2nd, 4th, 5th and 6th grade classroom gaining ideas and knowledge along the way. I settled on 6th grade after really connecting with the kids at this age level. I feel the content is substancial and the challenges exciting!
