Learn about the Great Lakes at the Michigan Maritime Museum! The museum offers a variety of activities including exhibits, an informational walk along the harbor and rides on the restored pirate ship, Friends Good Will. Take a 1 or 2 hour ride on the ship for $30-$40! General museum admission for students is $3.50.

Located off of North Shore Drive, North Beach is the perfect place to spend a nice day! Spend your day relaxing on the beach or have a swim in Lake Michigan. Concessions are located nearby that offer hot dogs, ice cream and more. Volleyball nets are also set up for use. Take a walk out on the pier to the South Haven Lighthouse. North Beach is right by South Beach so visitors can get to and from each beach by foot.

The lighthouse, built in 1903, is a landmark in South Haven. Take a walk out on the pier to view the lighthouse up close or have a walk on the beach at sunset to see a spectacular view!
