Welcome fifth graders, parents and families to our classroom web site! It is my hopes for us to use this web site to keep in communication while we are out of the classroom. I will keep the web site updated on what is going on in the classroom, upcoming events, classroom procedures and other important information! Please feel free to contact me throughout the year with any concerns!

Here is a brief overview of what you can find throughout our class web site:
Student Page:
Within the student page I have included an introductory paragraph to our classroom and contact information. I have also included my classroom expectations, upcoming homework assignments, a recommended reading list and many more links.
Parent Page:
In an effort to keep each other informed of you student's education I have included weekly newsletters with informative articles, lessons and some examples of what students are completing our classroom. This page also includes an introductory paragraph, a link to the Michigan Curriculum Frameworks, and other helpful web sites
Teachers Page:
For further understanding of my educational history I have included my educational history, my previous work experience, and my field experience. As evidence of my value of education for every child I have written my teaching philosophy, my career goals and my growth through college courses. I have also listed a few characteristics that make me unique from every other teacher your child has had.
