- There are three buttons on the top left of the document window -- code, split, and design. Code brings up the HTML view, Design brings up the WYSWYG view, Split shows both HTML and WYSWYG views.
- The properties window changes depending on what element you are working on. If you are typing text, the properties window shows you text formating options. If you are working on an image, the image properties are displayed. if you are working on a table, it shows you the properties of the table.
- There is a built in FTP program in Dreamweaver. On the right sie of the screen, Click on the File tab, and click on the manage sites link to define project site. After you have defined the site, you can upload and download file from this window.
