Safe size tables.A safe size table is a table used to create a website that is able to fit neatly on any monitor. Monitors are made in different resolutions, the lowest being about 600 x 400 pixels and the highest above 2000 pixels. Currently there aren't many monitors being used with pixel resolutions less than 800 pixels, so a safe size table is less than 800 or equal to it, usually around 750-800 pixels. By doing this, people with monitors with low pixel resolution can view a website without having to scroll to the side to read text, it will all fit on the screen. |
