This course was pretty effective in teaching the basic workings of most Microsoft Office programs. Though the book was hugh and expensive and didn't need to get opened once, I felt that it was a good course. The most effective teaching tool was the myitlab assignments. Also, the weekly project booklet could have been more descriptive in certain instances.
