This course will make heavy use of computer simulation of control systems. Use of MATLAB program is suggested for computer work. Students may purchase MATLAB to run on their home computers, or use MATLAB on the computer facilities in the CAE center in Kohrman Hall on the WMU campus. The first textbook comes with a disk containing the MATLAB software. The second text book is a tutorial on using MATLAB for control system design. These textbooks are optional.
