Here are the instructions to utilize the Flash memory on your PEGASUS Development Board
(by Justin Hudson). The objective is to boot the SRAM-based FPGA from the on-board Flash
during debug, or demonstration.

Steps:

      - Under Generate Program File
             - Select "Generate PROM" -- the Prepare Configuration Window will appear
             - Select "PROM File" and press "Next" -- the Prepare PROM File Window will appear

             - Type "PROM file name" and press "Next" -- the Specify Xilinx PROM Device Window will appear
             - Check "AUTO Select PROM" and press "Next" -- the File Generation Summary Window will appear
             - Press "Next" -- the Add Device File Window will appear
             - Click on the "Add File" and select the *.bit file and press "Next"

      - Next, Under Generate Program File
             - Select "Configure Device (iMPACT)
             - Go through the normal steps to program your chip but this time there will be two chips to select;

               choose the second one from the left which will then want you to download the PROM file you have created earlier.
               This step will program the flash with the PROM file.

      - Next, before powering up your PEGASUS Board for a debug session, place the jumpers for "MODE M0-M2"
        so that the pins are connected.
This will make the SPARTAN2E chip start up using the flash.
          Take the jumpers off to run without the Flash and place them back on to go to the Flash again.
