My professional goals in college are mostly focused around getting my degree so that I can get a better paying job and earn some contacts. I also however would like to learn the fundamentals in business, as a degree does not show for everything. Ultimately I want to eventually start and run my business, preferably relating itself to music. Before that though, I would like to work under other business managers and see what it is they are doing right and what it is they are doing wrong. In doing so, I will also be able to stash some money away while at the same time improving my skills and self at management.

On a personal level, I am here for the music. Music is a great passion of mine, and it just so happens that WMU and Kalamazoo just so happen to be surrounded by great music and musicians. I am also here to gain some contacts, but more personably, friends. I believe that people who socailize a lot are more easy going and happy. And while I have many great friends already, more could never hurt. Finally, I am here for the experience. The college experience is something I feel that no person should have to miss out on. I know for the most part, that it's something I'm glad I won't have to miss out on.
