I always want to use my colleagues as a source of improving my units and lessons. Other teachers give me great ideas on how to teach a lesson that may have "bombed" the year before. Since I have relied so much on my fellow teachers and believe it is the best way to get advice for this challenging career, I have posted some of my ideas on how to teach specific units. I have also created links that help teachers form different lesson plans for different units. I have also found the English Journals is a great way to get new ideas about how to teach some lessons. Having a subscription to this magazine only enhances the teaching experience.
