Dr. Cai is an assistant professor with the Department of Civil and Construction Engineering at Western Michigan University. He joined Western Michigan University in the Spring of 2007, with research interests and expertise in spatial modeling, GIS applications in Civil Engineering and Transportation, information technology and database applications in Civil Engineering, linear referencing systems, data mining, and etc.
