Personally, Western Michigan University is a learning experience. I am learning how to be away from home, as well as meet new people. I am usually the person who does not communicate well with others but so far with being in my classes, I have sort of overcomed that. I know great communication skills and presentation skills will take me far in my career.

My professional goals are to someday be a successful Network Specialist or a person that works in the field of Health Care Informatics.I am attending WMU to help with my goal of one day pursing a career in one of the careers I mentioned above. Although, I am still deciding on which one of those careers I would want to choose, I know, I really want to be in the computer field. The program at Western is a good program because it helps with the business side of the career, as well as the hands on computer training.
