Inserting Clip Art

To insert clip art you must click on the "Insert" tab.

The insert tools will appear.  Click on the "Clip Art" icon.

A clip art selection area will open located on the far right of your screen.

In the "Search for " area enter a word that describes what you are looking for.  Click Go.

Items that the computer associates with will appear in the lower area of this box.  To select the item you want to insert either click on the image or the arrow to the right of the image and select "insert" from the selection box that appears.

Your image will appear on the screen and then you can use the "Set Transparent Color" tool.
