Publisher Set Transparent Color Tool

Publishers "Set Transparent Color" tool is located in Publisher but in a different area than Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

First you must insert your image, click here for those instructions.

Once you have inserted your image into your document, select the picture so that the picture select area appears.

Once the picture select area has appeared, the picture toolbar will appear above or next to the picture.

The "Set Transparent Color" icon is located on the right of the picture toolbar.  Click the "Set Transparent Color" icon and move it over the area that you want transparent and click.  Your picture will look similar to the one below.
