My interests in teaching and education has been longstanding. I received my undergraduate degree from the College of Education at the University of Georgia in Educational Psychology. I have also sought out opportunities to teach during. My first initiation into full fledged teaching was at Northwest Michigan College As part of my doctoral preparation I am completing a specialization in school counseling. To deepen my awareness of the many systems that people participate in I have completed an additional internship in the school systems.
