Project 1 Self Evaluation

I learned more about the internet and the interactions of the users and the site. Learned the importance of a well design web page and how discouraging it is to come cross a poorly designed page. I might apply this knowledge in booth business and personal life when I have the opportunity to design a web page. Are team functions the same as any team I have been in before. Meaning it is very had to find a time for every one to meat. Every one has other job, class, and other groups. Which made it impossible for us to meat as a team. I have learn that are team is very dynamic there are some of us that that did our part and there are those that did more. I think I have learned that we all work and solve problems differently.

Project 2 Self Evaluation
I learned how to make flow charts and the interactions of the different organization views. Learned how the different views might interact. I might apply this knowledge when I have the opportunity to build and run my own business. Are team functions the same as any team, I have been in before. Meaning it is very had to find a time for every one to meat!!! Every one has other job, class, and other groups. Which made it impossible for us to meat as a team. All thou we all meet for the first time as whole team last week. I have learn that teams are very dynamic there are some of us that that did our part and there are those that did more just in order to get things done. I have learned that in a team you need some to step up and get things rolling!
