College objective:
On a personal level I want to explore new areas I never could in high school. This means meeting new and “different” people. Through these people I hope to build new friendships and find out more about other people to eventually improve myself. I want to step outside of my “bubble” and learn more about myself and see how much I can really accomplish. I know that you don’t always get things right the first time you try things so I will have to be patient in learning these lessons. I hope by that venturing into these new areas that I can improve myself not only as a individual, but as a member of society.
On a professional level I want to gain the knowledge necessary to achieve what I want out of my career. One goal is to have over a 3.7 GPA by the time I graduate. Also a more lofty goal of mine is to own my own company by the time I am 26. By the time I’m 30 I want to have grown that company into a multimillion dollar business. To acquire the necessary skills to achieve this I will do internships in my later years of college and try to learn hands on what it takes. I will succeed in these goals because unlike in high school, I am now focused on the goal and am doing what it takes to do what I want to do.
