When you show up to an interview there are several important steps to gaining the trust and support of the employer after they have already seen your resume.  It is important to make sure you are aware of these things before you walk into the interview so that your presentation and answers match the qualities that the employer is looking for.

A common mistake people make in the beginning of the interview is not knowing how to open the conversation in a calm and controlled voice and get your pitch in line.  If you open up a conversation in a low dreaded tone, it kills your outlook on the rest of the interview.  The best way to ensure this doesnt happen is to write down your 30 second commercial and organize the words so that they are consistent throughout your presentation. Practice in the mirror can also help.
