·         The Tale of Genji (Read the entire eleventh-century classic of Japanese literature online in Edward Seidensticker’s English translation.  The website contain super illustrations of the story from an older Japanese print of the text.  This website is sponsored by UNESCO.)

·         Poetry International Web (Very cool site that contains an online collection of articles and poems by major contemporary Japanese poets, both in English and Japanese, also contains MP3 files with poets reading their own work.  The site is mainly in English, but Japanese texts are available for all.)
