On a personal level, college will impact how I go about my future. The social connections and influences around me will change my perseption of working with others. In college I will focus alot on time management, and getting jobs done efficiently not quickly. College is a great place to learn from mistakes. Personally I will become a better decision maker and my character should blossom. I intend to make good relationships with my peers and professors. Having good people skills, I believe, is essential to a successful career. I will not let anything hold me back or discourage from obtaining my career goals.

On a Professional level, I intend to take in all the knowledge that I can. I would like to be skilled in areas beyond my intended major and be considered somewhat intellectual. Maintaining a 3.0 GPA is an important goal in my success. I hope to excel in my major courses but be sure that I am going into a career that I will enjoy. Although I am am considered a pre-business major right now I am looking into the field of accouting. It is a vast career with many job needs and I know college will prepare me well for it as long as I perform to the best of my abilities.
